Bulletin: The Blair Project appoint Technical Training Manager

The Blair Project appoint Technical Training Manager

We’re very proud and excited to welcome to the team our new Technical Training Manager, Stephen Stott. Stephen has joined us to lead our Hydrogen Skills Training activities as we accelerate towards rollout, and we’re very pleased to have him on board! Developmental work is well underway, in partnership with Fuzzy Logic, to create a world-first Augmented and Virtual Reality training platform for hydrogen skills. It will be an incredible scalable solution to the looming threat to Net Zero – lack of skilled workers to implement new green technologies. Reskilling, upskilling, and training of trainers will be covered through our hybrid learning modules – stay tuned for more information as it comes.

Stephen is a creative, imaginative, and innovative Instructional Designer, Content Developer and Educator with 15 years’ experience in the industrial and academic technical training sectors in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Stephen has transitioned major industrial companies, such as Saudi Aramco from 2D paper-based training to an integrated, digital multi modal learning environment. He joins us from Jaguar Land Rover most recently, and we’re looking forward to having him on board and all he’ll bring to the project.

Connect with Stephen on LinkedIn here, and if you’d like to hear more about the Hydrogen Skills project, find out more or email info@theblairproject.org and let’s talk.
